A chihuahua got stoned after eating an entire cannabis cookie from the stash of an 'overnight guest' his owners had over.
'We had an overnight guest,' Peanut's owner, Reddit user Choices 63, wrote. 'Our chihuahua found his stash, ate an entire weed-laced cookie.
'He actually dug it out of a duffel bag. Had to work hard to get it. It was the cookie he was after, not the weed.'
For such a tiny dog, the sudden intake apparently left Peanut feeling really paranoid.
Fortunately the vets were able to treat him with charcoal, and after about 10 hours he was totally fine.
'He was pretty normal by the time we got him home,' Choices63 added.
