Man's throat slit in front of families in broad daylight

A man in his 30s had his throat slit and was stabbed repeatedly in front of families in Kent, UK and was airlifted to hospital.
'It was in broad daylight and loads of families were about,' a witness wrote on Facebook.
Kent Police confirmed the man had been taken to hospital and said he is believed to be conscious and breathing.
'The circumstances surrounding this incident are currently unexplained,' said Detective Sergeant Sheena Barrell.
